They do their practice on time, in a single place, and till their goal is not fulfilled. This point is
very important. I will explain this point in the upcoming paragraph.
If you are consistent in your work, it’s next to impossible that you won’t reach the stage of perfection because, by the process of consistency, perfection is an easy outcome for your hard work.

Consistency is the power within ourselves or that one voice within us that will call us again
and again & push us up to do that single boring thing repeatedly.
whenever your objective mind (also called conscious mind) and heart will try to convince you to
almost give up but that one voice will not let you stop.

Because this inner voice knows its goal, it knows how much your goal means to you. It loves to accept the present situation whether your mood is not good or any kind of petty excuse.

Example:-
Because we see every time whenever anything bad happens to us and we know that there’s a
whole day to do work which is also important but what we say. We say Today my day is not good or I had a fight with her/him so my mood is not good. I am not feeling good so I will do this thing tomorrow.
We procrastinate, our mind very well knows to play pleasureful mind games with us, and then
we get convinced that our objective mind is right. I will do it later, so the whole day is wasted. And you will be making stories and processing them and creating a lousy kind of energy in your body and around your surroundings also. This day ( this now ) could be productive, my friend, but we let it go like a waste just because of an excuse.
So consistency actually becomes your savior for these situations, if you are consistent and do things consistently you won’t go through such a situation. And it always makes you move into work in the right direction by utilizing the power of now. Consistency is not letting to waste your now that’s the best part I do feel about it.
Why is consistency so powerful?
Do you remember, at the start of the article I said, we said: ” Monks (They) do their practice on time, in a single place”. If you are developing any new habit, let’s say you are making a habit of reading two pages of a book daily in the morning time. One day you read in your living room, another day on your study desk, and the next day on your bed.
Is it going to work? I will say a clear No !! because when we start to develop a habit we should select a place like a monk and then do that single practice at that particular place, particular time. So the pattern in our brain becomes slowly clear like suppose you go through a route and in that route, there’s so much dirt, here and wooden planks and the path is not clear but when you start to walk on that path daily the footsteps will create a clear and narrow path for you to go your way.
Just like this, the pattern does form in our brain, and by that time that habit is going to be instilled within you unconsciously.
Another way of developing this habit of consistency:-
Take a tiny task say you decide to make your bed in the morning after you wake up. Follow this small habit every day. I know you must be thinking, this thing is very easy. How come this habit will build a healthy habit of consistency?
Let me explain to you how it will go. On day 1 you will be very enthusiastic and you will follow this but between 21 to 30th days then on the near of 60th day mind will play with you like ohh this work is so small, we will do it later don’t worry, and like that it will try to trap you.
But you are pretty smart so don’t give it any chance and continuously practice it for 6 months then you can do something consistently.

Now we will see a few benefits that you are going to see in yourself by bringing consistency:-
