Everybody enjoys a good story. The headlines praise the winning individuals. The world celebrates those who succeed. What about the Power Struggle part? What about that part who actually prepared to get you all what you all have today. Why is it not being looked at by people who are cherishing today’s win? The part of the struggle and the phase of struggle goes alone. What about the battle that followed the achievement, though? That aspect is frequently overlooked.
The internal battle of struggle.
If you’re a struggling candidate in any field, you might feel invisible. It can be any field, like academics, sports, business, or art. Your effort goes unnoticed. People judge you based on
where you are, not how far you’ve come. Your efforts go in vain and can’t be recognized and applauded until or unless you have surpassed the societal metrics.
At the same time you fight internally and you struggle with your emotions too but repetitively and with the hope of persistence you have to fight with every pessimistic and insane voice which is going on in your mind. You need to de-bay your pessimist version and embrace your courageous self to love yourself.
You see life is full of struggles or you can say life becomes lemonade when you do have some tough parts to make yourself realize that you can do it for yourself and by the time your Power
struggle will show up. Life does create meaning when you do put together whole episodes together whether it’s about your struggles, your happy one moments.

- Job seekers are measured by their job title, not the countless rejections they endured.
Not when they were totally dejected but then also not with full determination sharpen
their skills but that only title is reflecting part. - Students are valued by their grades, not the sleepless nights they spend studying, not
the struggle power which makes them flawlessly write their answers and practice their
practicals. - Athletes are judged by their trophies, not the early morning practices and failures. Their
one performance is the total result of power struggle in the background of their daily
lives. - Entrepreneurs are admired only when they succeed, not when they struggle to stay
afloat.
The world often ignores the process. But here’s the truth, ‘the process and the power of struggle matters more than the outcome’.
The inner conflict of struggle.
When your effort gets ignored, it’s easy to feel like a failure. Self-doubt, tension, and anxiety may result from this. You may even start questioning whether it’s worth continuing? Whether I am on the right path. Or is putting my efforts in a rightful way. So, doubts are inherent and indeed a part of our journey and in the midst of struggles but you need to have faith in yourself and not let down from the rope of consistency.
The Harsh Reality.
● People like quick results. They don’t have the patience to watch your journey unfold.
● Struggles are seen as weakness. Society values success, not effort.
● Validation comes late. Recognition often arrives only after you’ve “made it.”
● Comparison makes it worse. You see others getting praised while your hard work is ignored.
If you’re struggling, this can feel unfair. But here’s the good news, ‘it doesn’t mean your efforts are worthless’.

Appreciate Your Process, the Power Struggle.
Your journey matters. Even if no one is clapping for you today, your work is building something valuable. Don’t panic if people don’t recognize your struggle. Instead, focus on making your journey meaningful.
You may change your thinking by following the steps below.
● Don’t simply measure results, measure progress. Tiny achievements matter. Celebrate
them.
● Look for understanding individuals. Make connections with like-minded people.
● Take notes about your journeys. Share your progress on a blog, vlog, or diary.
● Be honest. Time is important for success.
● Don’t forget why you began. A sense of purpose and passion should be there.
The Urgent Appeal.
If you’re having trouble, don’t give up. Every successful story has a difficult beginning. Give someone credit for their effort if you observe them suffering. Support is important. If you have a goal, enjoy the journey. Real growth occurs there.
